Liked that the hotel was wonderful relaxing and had genuinely helpful and extremely helpful staff at the Reception Desk. The room was extremely pleasant and recently renovated, included with ironing board and fridge, for instance. The location was unbeatable and lovely for us - near bars and cafés. Being near The Sussex Restaurant was nice, we had dinner there.

I was initially worried about the distance from the city center, but I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The hotel is in a convenient location, with train and tram stops just a short 10-minute walk away. Plus, there are several bus routes nearby and Leeson Street for the airport coach is within walking distance. The immediate area also offers a variety of great dining options, including the fantastic Asados steakhouse and the cozy Searsons pub. The room itself was spacious, clean, and equipped with good WiFi and a safe. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.

We had a great city trip staying in this hotel. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. The location is perfect with key tourist spots within walking distance and great bars and restaurants close by. Plus, the room was spacious and clean.
The walls were quite thin and we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. Also, the bed wasn't the most comfortable for a good night's sleep.
